How does the service work?
- Choose an item offered through the pick-up service on our website.
- Complete your order and select your delivery method.
- Once Upon Magic looks for the item in the park boutiques during a scheduled visit.
- If the product is available, it is purchased, protected and shipped with tracking.
Which products can be purchased?
Depending on the catalogue and current availability, the selection can include pins, plush toys, ears, clothing, bags, Pandora jewellery, figurines, decorations and other souvenirs. Visit our Disneyland Paris products page to explore the main categories.
Availability and processing times
Stock in the park boutiques can change quickly. A pick-up order therefore remains subject to the product being available when we visit and to any purchase limits applied by Disneyland Paris.
In-stock products or park pick-up
Products already held by Once Upon Magic can be prepared directly. Pick-up products must first be located and purchased at the parks after the order is placed. The relevant process is stated on each product page.
Delivery
Orders can be shipped throughout France, to many European countries and to several international destinations, depending on the available carriers.
