The hat was despatched the day following my order which was great news, however despite that it was UPS that gave several delivery dates ranging from the next day after collection to finally arriving 9 days later? I would not have minded except for the £18:00 carriage added to my order which was 70% of the hat value for a nine day delivery.🤔

I’m very sorry that the delivery took longer than expected and that UPS provided several changing delivery dates. Unfortunately, once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, the delivery schedule is managed directly by them, but I completely understand your frustration.
