GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC)

Store: Once Upon Magic

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of products offered on the Once Upon Magic e-commerce website.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are those described on the website.

Once Upon Magic makes every effort to present products as accurately as possible.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding shipping costs.

Once Upon Magic reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

4. Orders

Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Accepted payment methods are those offered through the Shopify store at checkout.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering.

Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Return Period

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date the order is received.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be in its original condition,

  • unused,

  • and returned in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Restocking Fees

A 5% restocking fee may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are considered final sale and cannot be returned, including:

  • promotional items or specific collections,

  • products purchased through the “personal shopping / Disneyland pickup” service offered by Once Upon Magic.

This service consists of purchases made specifically at the customer’s request according to their instructions (product, size, model, in-store availability).

Due to the personalized nature of this service and the impossibility of standard resale conditions, these products are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or exchanged, in accordance with the applicable provisions relating to personalized goods and services.

Unclaimed Parcels / Returned to Sender

If a parcel is returned to Once Upon Magic due to failure by the customer to collect it within the required timeframe (pickup point, postal service, incomplete or incorrect address, recipient unavailable), the following conditions shall apply:

  • a charge corresponding to 15% of the total order amount will be applied for the personal shopping service,

  • a charge corresponding to 5% of the total order amount will be applied for preparation and packaging fees,

  • all original shipping and return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Any applicable refund will be processed after deduction of these fees.

No reshipment will be made without prior payment of the new shipping fees.

8. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued using the original payment method, after deduction of:

  • any applicable restocking fees,

  • return shipping costs,

  • and any applicable fees related to unclaimed parcels.

9. Liability

Once Upon Magic shall not be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product.

10. Personal Data

The information collected is necessary for order processing and remains confidential.

11. Applicable Law

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
