The Once Upon Magic website offers products for sale as well as a personal shopping service consisting of purchasing items on behalf of customers, particularly from physical stores (e.g. Disneyland pickup service).

By accessing this website and/or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service.

However, Once Upon Magic reserves the right to suspend, modify or discontinue access to the website at any time without prior notice.

Beyond this period, if the product remains unavailable, the order may be cancelled and refunded.

The personal shopping service offered by Once Upon Magic consists of making customized purchases at the customer’s request.

By using this service, the customer acknowledges that:

  • the purchase is made specifically for them,

  • the product depends on physical store availability,

  • the service constitutes a personalized service.

As a result, specific conditions apply, particularly regarding returns and refunds (see General Terms and Conditions of Sale).

However, errors or omissions may occur.

The website reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions without prior notice.
