SHIPPING POLICY
Store: Once Upon Magic
1. Shipping Areas
Once Upon Magic ships products within France and internationally, depending on the delivery options available at checkout.
2. Order Processing Times
Orders are generally prepared within 2 to 7 business days.
For the personal shopping / Disneyland pickup service, processing times may be longer, as products are purchased on demand in physical stores.
Delivery times may vary depending on:

in-store product availability,

store visit frequency,
-
and supply conditions.
3. Delivery Times
Once the order has been shipped, delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination:

France: generally 2 to 5 business days,

International: generally 5 to 15 business days.
These delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and may vary.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

parcel weight,

destination,
-
and the selected delivery method.
5. Order Tracking
A tracking number is provided to the customer once the order has been shipped, whenever available.
6. Delivery Delays
Once Upon Magic cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or exceptional circumstances such as strikes, weather conditions or other events beyond its control.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
In the event of a lost or damaged parcel during transport:

the customer must contact customer service as soon as possible,
-
an investigation will be initiated with the carrier.
No refund or compensation can be guaranteed until the carrier’s investigation has been completed.
8. Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
In the event of an incorrect or incomplete address:

Once Upon Magic cannot be held responsible for failed delivery,
-
reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
9. Unclaimed Parcels / Returned to Sender
If a parcel is returned to Once Upon Magic due to non-collection within the required timeframe (pickup point, postal office, recipient absence or incorrect address), the following conditions apply:

original shipping and return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer,
-
additional fees may apply in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (service fees, preparation and packaging fees),
-
any reshipment will require additional payment.
10. Pending Orders (Out of Stock)
In the event of temporary stock shortages, particularly for personal shopping services, Once Upon Magic reserves the right to place an order on hold for up to 30 days in order to allow for potential restocking.
The customer will be informed accordingly.
If the product remains unavailable beyond this period:

the order may be cancelled,
-
and a refund may be offered.
11. Customs Duties and Import Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders:

customs duties or import taxes may apply,

these charges remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
